Fiyin Williams, a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing graduate, attended the event at Central Hall in Westminster, London, in November 2019.
Fiyin said: ‘In 2016, I wanted moreout of my career and so I thought that signing up for CIM and becoming aChartered marketer was the next step in my quest for knowledge and progression.
Three semesters and courses later, Ipassed all at first attempt.
I don’t know how I did this while working, but I did. Thank God that I made it; 1 out of 1,514 students globally! One night, I worked from 8:00 pm when I got home until 7:00 am the following day to submit an essay on time. I submitted, took a shower and went straight to work.
Sometimes, the path to your goalsisn’t always straight and easy, but keep trying, and it will be worth it in theend.’
The Graduation Ceremony, an eventorganized by the CIM, is a time for graduates to reflect on and celebrate theirachievements. This event is by invitation only and for graduates who havecompleted their assessments for the following qualifications:
- Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing
- Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing and
- Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing
Invitations to attend the Ceremony aresent by email on specific dates published on the CIM website. Interestedgraduates are expected to book to attend the event free of charge. They arealso allowed to come with up to three guests and will be charged £35 per guest.
